Just an FYI folks, BNB is presently within $1 USD of it's 1 year low, and isn't that far off from it's July '22 post-peak ATL of $196. As expected, being paired with BNB continues to negatively impact the token price. We're still seeing strong demand for the token on our centralized exchanges, and we're currently working to release the new 7-chain swap we acquired from the ANJI ecosystem. We are also continuing to evaluate our options to deal with the imbalance of liquidity currently locked on the contract. We appreciate all of our token holders and than you for your support of the Lunar Ecosystem!

ANJI PARTNERSHIP UPDATE The Lunar Foundation Directors have heard the concerns of ANJI holder and implemented an alternate plan that represents the best path forward for everyone. The Lunar Foundation has bought out all remaining ANJI holders at 1:1 USDT on BNB Chain, and we have committed to maintaining access to allowing ANJI holders to redeem 200 BNB in on-contract rewards for as long as necessary. We have also airdropped 50 LNR to all remaining ANJI holders to do with what they wish. For 20% of remaining holders, that represents more value than the USDT they were airdropped. That means all remaining holders exited ANJI at market rates or better. At the end of the day, we only issued 456,950 LNR, instead of roughly 6M LNR authorized by Lunar DAO, which is a win for the Lunar Treasury and the plans we have ahead. At every step of the way, the Lunar Foundation has worked tirelessly to do the best thing for both communities. 🎙️Update regarding the partnership between Lunar Foundation and Anji🎙️ ~Lunar Foundation is the exclusive owner of, and is in possession of, all Anji intellectual property, with the exception of their ERC-20 tokens. ✅ ~Lunar Foundation will rebrand and integrate the technology while using it to propel our ecosystem into the future. 🚀 ~Portions of the agreement remained unfulfilled by Anji. Lunar Foundation will continue pursue all avenues available to us through the process provided in the agreement to resolve these obligations. ~To the best of our knowledge, ANJI holders are presently able to trade their token on contract. Thank you for being a part of our community. 🥳

Lunar Foundation is aware of the situation in the Anji community. The measure up for vote says that any tokens will be exchanged at 30% of their USD value, and the vote has not closed yet. We will continue to assess the situation. Once the DAO vote closes we will have more information to share.

Lunar DAO There has been some miscommunication about the status of the Anji deal, and the Foundation Directors want to clear the air. The contract to between AnjiEco LLC and Lunar Foundation for the Lunar Foundation to assume ownership of the intellectual property and liquidity has been signed and filed. As of 11 July 2023, The Lunar Foundation is the exclusive owner of all AnjiEco intellectual property, with the exception of any ERC-20 tokens deployed on any and all blockchains. Regarding the Lunar DAO vote authorizing the Foundation to spend roughly 7M LNR issuing new tokens to ANJI holders, the result is currently unanimous at 14% of the supply. Quorum has already been reached, and with 22% of the supply being the maximum voting power ever exercised, it will be virtually impossible to change the outcome at this point. Given there is a legally-binding contract in place, and compensation to ANJI holders has been authorized by Lunar DAO, we expect the asset transfer to be completed as scheduled at the conclusion of the DAO vote.

At the request of our market maker, the Lunar Foundation Directors have made the decision to not renew our listing contract with XT when it completes its initial term on 10 June 2023 (Saturday). This means we will be voluntarily de-listing the LNR token from XT. After working with that exchange for several months, the market-maker has determined that being listed on XT is not profitable for Lunar DAO. XT has been charging us fees on both USDT and LNR sides of transactions, where the other exchanges we work with only charge fees on one side. In addition, XT appears to be operating their own trading bots against the market, making it difficult for our market-maker to fill what few organic orders exist on the platform. If we amped up our marketing spend to drive up organic volume, we would just end up getting charged more in fees, and we would still be unable to make a profit against their trading bots. Each pair we operate on an exchange costs us real money to maintain, and ties up liquidity to fill orders. We are currently operating two pairs on XT, one against BTC and one against USDT. Freeing up both the monthly maintenance costs and the liquidity allows us to reposition on the exchanges that we ARE doing well with. The de-listing will proceed as follows: Announcement: 9 June 2023 08:00 UTC Hide & Close Deposit: 12 June 2023 08:00 UTC Close Trade: 15 June 2023 08:00 UTC Close Withdrawal: 9 August 2023 08:00 UTC Once again, I want to reiterate that the Foundation Directors made this decision at the request of our market maker. We'd like to thank all of our LNR holders for your support, and please be kind to our XT holders as they move their holdings to non-custodial wallets.

So, in all the wallets I've seen in the last year, I still haven't seen many that take the approach of using wallet addresses like bank accounts, and having the default view show you all your holdings, and help you manage them. If you need to buy something, and you don't have enough in any one wallet, it's too hard to manage moving that money around to complete the transaction... especially if you are on Ethereum or something like that. Also, the wallet experience on desktop browsers is still an abomination. I believe there is a HUGE opportunity for Chrome and Edge to have a wallet SIDEBAR that behaves a lot like the Sales & Marketing extensions for Chrome that make your browsing experience easier with Web3. And none of the major Web3 experiences out there are powered by .NET or WebAssembly, which means there is still a TON of opportunity to elevate the security of the space.
