**Code of Conduct**
In the interest of fostering an open, safe, and resilient community, as members of Lunar DAO, we pledge to respect all related to Lunar DAO within Lunar DAO’s communications channels.
We refer non-exclusively to the following channels for the official use of Lunar DAO:
-Lunar DAO Telegram channel
-Lunar DAO Discourse group
-Lunar DAO Discord
-Scheduled AMAs
-Working group calls
-Live events and public spaces
-Lunar DAO social channels, such as Twitter
We are committed to making participation in this project a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of experience level, gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, personal appearance, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or nationality.
Examples of unacceptable behavior by participants include but are not limited to:
-Trolling or insulting/derogatory comments. We define Trolling as; passive aggressive language, postings meant to sow discord, posting inflammatory and digressive messages, overuse of channels in a way that puts others off from contributing. Purposefully spreading false information or FUD about Lunar.
-The use of highly sexualized language or imagery.
-Posting gore or other NSFW content.
-Public or private harassment.
-Threatening or impersonating other Lunar DAO, Lunar Foundation, Administrators, Moderators or new members, Threatening also includes publishing other user's private information - also known as “Doxxing” - this is a zero tolerance event.
-Unsolicited marketing campaigns, self-promotion, or requests for funds.
-Spamming and / or tagging Lunar Foundation, or Administrative members.
AMA's
AMA behavior will be constructive- no raised voices or rants. It is meant as a place of constructive and open discussion. Lunar DAO members will be given a time allotment of up to 3 minutes for questions with a 2 minute follow up *Under the discretion of the hosts to allow for additional contribution of other Lunar DAO members during the AMA timeframe of one hour.* If all questions have been answered, they may be elected to return to the stage.
Users with the Moderator role can issue warnings, delete messages, mute users, kick users from the server, ban users, and anything else to maintain this code of conduct. Moderators have been chosen for their competence, commitment, and good judgment. Moderators will not directly message you first. Beware of imposters!
