Hi Minimalists, It’s been a challenging couple of days and we’d like to share a few learnings with you. We’re currently aware of the following issues and are working extremely hard to resolve each of them. Withdrawal Pending Payments are over half way through being processed, please be patient and we will get to you. Wallet History There is a bug with the History that sometimes shows incorrect amounts or shows OUT when it should say IN. We have a fix for this and will be releasing a new wallet MiniDapp when it is ready. Your Balance page shows the balance of your wallet. Withdrawal is complete but wallet balance saying 0 There are many reasons we have seen for this. Here are a few examples: User is not on the correct top block Check the Status page in the Wallet or from the Health page in the app. Your top block should be above 119764. If you are not at this block height, this is the most likely reason you are not seeing your Rewards in your wallet. In this situation, first try to restart your node. On docker, simply do docker restart minima9001 or on Android, either select ShutDown from the menu in the Health page, or simply restart your phone. Please wait a few minutes to see if your node resyncs automatically, in most cases it should do so without issues. If you still can’t get in sync, you can try to connect to a node by opening your Terminal and entering connect host:34.82.99.198:9001 to connect to one of our nodes. If this doesn’t work then you can try a chain resync from an Archive node. User is not connected to the right node You can check the address your Rewards we sent to by copying the address in the receipt to the Receive page in the Wallet. It should say ‘Belongs to this node’ Yes. If it says No, then you are not on the node that your Rewards were sent to. It is not possible for someone to have changed this address unless they knew your Incentive Program account credentials. The most likely situation here is that you have wiped your node (clearing the app data can do this) or uninstalled/reinstalled. If you have done this you’ll need to restore a backup you took at the time you withdrew your coins as we instructed. VPS Users We have also seen instances where some of you on VPS nodes have port 9005 open and have not set a Vault password on your node. Unfortunately this has left your node vulnerable to attack and there are cases where seed phrases have been compromised and coins have been taken. This is obviously a very unfortunate situation which cannot be reversed. Resync issues Many of you have tried to re-sync your node using an auto archive node but are not able to re-sync successfully to the latest tip block, this mostly seems to affect mobile users and we are investigating this. We are grateful for some community members who have shared their own archive nodes for the purpose of resyncing users. WMINIMA Gift for those who experienced KYC delays during the Presale A huge thank you to those of you who went through the process of KYC after your purchase, we are forever grateful to you for sticking with it. As previously discussed, we found that we couldn’t retrospectively change our gift to you when claiming your Presale Purchase. This has meant that we need to get it to you separately. The options we had available were: A) give the WMINIMA to you at the stated 21c, potentially harming the market price B)give you the WMINMA at market price, potentially again hurting the price whilst additionally causing grief to those who bought their WMINIMA at 21c or above C) give the WMINIMA to you at the stated 21c, in a way that doesn’t hurt the market price and delivers you some value in return We believe that option C is the correct choice taking all into account. We will be enabling you to choose to collect your $50 of WMINIMA at either 6m, 9m or 12m and will reward your extra WMINIMA depending on the length of time you choose to wait.
